orchestration

wasSup ppl..
I've found something important in things we do...
and that is aim for perfection..
yes every1 knows that we definitely can't be perfect...
but what i know is everytime we do things, we must aim for thus, perfection..
the result will be satisfying.. maybe not to yourself, but others will appreciate..
and others will judge...

here i wanna say to some people who doesn't deserve to even be in an orchestra.. or not only orchestra, it can be a group or an ensemble...
ppl who doesn't practice, and yet dare to show their faces during combine practice and still making the "innocent" face...
i dunno i want to say that their just plain stupid or plain lazy..
how can somebody dare to play together with good ppl with their lousy, no-use skills...
thinking that their too good?
or maybe not... yea i know what's the reason..
thinking that their special.. yea yea..
well the thing is, when any1 is in an orchestra, nobody's special..
the special one is the only one who makes mistakes...
the one who's too lazy or proud to even make practice their past time..
and yet again, dares to show up.. or show off??
not even an effort was put in.. not even a sweat was shed... NO HEART...
then might as well, get out.. be out.. and STAY OUT..
these ppl just do not belong to the pack.. no matter who they are or what they are made of..
